Florida Survey of Telemedicine Needs

Thank you for visiting the University of Florida's Developmental Disability Telehealth Project. Telehealth is a tool for improving access to healthcare, and health education. "Telehealth" can include two-way TV, computers, or phones to talk to your doctor, nurse or therapist while you are close to home. This can be used to receive clinical services, therapy or education.

We are doing this survey to see if the needs of Florida's developmentally disabled citizens are being met and to see if telehealth services would help to increase access to healthcare services.
