Welcome to the Florida Telehealth Survey! We are interested in your opinions about services that people with developmental disabilities need and use. We are also interested in your opinions about “Telehealth” Telehealth is a new way to get medical service (doctor visits, education, therapy, counseling, or care coordination) by two-way TV, videophones, or computers.
The survey is completely anonymous and we will collect no personal and identifying information about you.
Results from this survey will be summarized and provided to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council. These results can be used to help develop telehealth programs that can provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Florida. We estimate that this survey will take you no longer than 20-30 minutes.
